Xelarite is a 100-day program designed for companies that are considering an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) or Token Generation Event (TGE). The bespoke and comprehensive accelerator program, coupled with group and collective learning opportunities, will enable projects to be ready for an ICO in just three months.
Supported by academia from the University of Adelaide, the program will deliver a power-packed experiential and educational program that will equip participants with all the relevant knowledge and skills required to run an effective Token Sale program.
The program will be led by Prakash Somosundram. Prakash has concurrently managed five start-ups as part of the AUSTRADE Landing Pad program and guided them to raising close to USD$ 100M in funding. Prakash has also completed two ICOs that raised a total of USD$ 30M and has invested and accelerated more than ten projects that have successfully completed their Token Sales.
Prakash has good working relationships with Asian Crypto Funds, Syndicates and Exchanges.
Who can participate?
This program is ideal for companies that have a solid business case for Blockchain implementation and are considering a Token Sale as part of a long-term plan to develop a Blockchain strategy. Venture Funded companies that already have a product and community would be preferred but it is not mandatory.
The program will be based in ThincLab Singapore and will comprise hands-on experiential learning opportunities, online webinars, and dedicated one-on-one sessions to enhance your various corporate development strategies.
Singapore is the third largest market globally for ICOs and has a favourable regulatory framework and investor community that is very conducive to active involvement in this space. Just in Q1 2018 alone, Singapore-originated projects raised USD$ 468.1M (from 34 projects).
What you receive
Every team will receive a dedicated program that is tailored to their needs, and three hours a week with our Incubation Manager. There will be also be collective workshops, educational sessions by external experts and online learning programs.
We will also organise regular events with investors, crypto industry stakeholders and other partners, and provide general guidance and introductions to project advisors.

What does it cost?
The program will cost USD$ 15,000, payable upfront, as well as 1% of Total Tokens issued as advisory fees. This fee includes the use of our premises in ThincLab Singapore for 1 to 2 people per team. Additional seats will be charged at our prevailing rates.
Applications will be accepted from 1 July to 31 July 2018.
We will contact all applicants to arrange face-to-face or virtual interviews in
July 2018. Ten to fifteen teams will be merit selected to take part in this inaugural program.
The program will comment 1 September 2018.
All participants will become part of the ThincLab global community and alumni, and be invited to participate in future networking events and opportunities.
