Innovation and entrepreneurship are at the heart of economic growth and development.

The University of Adelaide's Entrepreneurship, Commercialisation and Innovation Centre's (ECIC) degrees in innovation and entrepreneurship are designed to impart advanced practical knowledge, whilst also teaching you the skills needed to incubate, grow and execute ideas.

We offer the knowledge and practical skills required to assess and implement new ideas, create and manage ambitious new ventures, develop entrepreneurial management practices and create supportive environments that foster and enable innovation.

  • Bachelor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

    The Bachelor degree is suitable for those who have not completed an undergraduate degree. Depending on your current qualifications, the Bachelor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship can take anywhere from 18 months of full-time study, up to 3 years of full-time study.

    If you are a school leaver and you wish to enrol into the Bachelor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship you will have a great level of flexibility to choose your own electives throughout your degree, depending on your passion. For example you may wish to start your own business within the IT industry, so you can choose electives in this field to give you knowledge and skills in that particular area.

  • Masters Degrees in Innovation and Entrepreneurship

    At postgraduate level you are able to choose from a Masters, Graduate Diploma or Graduate Certificate depending on your career goals and prior qualifications.

    Graduate Certificate 6 months full-time Undergraduate Degree or 7 years relevant work experience
    Graduate Diploma 12 months full-time Undergraduate Degree or the Graduate Certificate Innovation and Entrepreneurship
    Master 24 months full-time Undergraduate Degree or the Graduate Diploma Innovation and Entrepreneurship

    If you don't have an undergraduate degree you can enrol into the Graduate Certificate. Once completed, you are eligible for entry into the Graduate Diploma or Master of Applied Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

    Our Masters degree allows you to exit and graduate with either the Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma upon completion of the required courses.

    Innovation and Entrepreneurship Online
